Hot Ground Chilli
The hot chili powder is made from dried and ground Birds Eye chilis. Birds eye chilis originate from Asia and Africa. This ground hot chilli powder has a typical hot, pungent flavour and a warm, spicy aroma. It is a popular ingredient in Indian, Thai, African, Mexican and Portuguese cuisines.
How to Use:
Hot chilli powder can be used in savoury dishes, marinades, sauces, spice mixes and rubs. Add directly to soups, chilli con carne, spicy refried beans, pasta dishes, curries and casseroles. Mix a little in to yoghurt or dips. Or go wild and use in rich hot chocolate drinks, puddings and desserts, or homemade ice creams and chocolates.
